2. Targeted outreach
We don’t blast 5000 generic templates. We build a target list of 30-50 journalists/sites per campaign and pitch personally. Reply rate: 18-25%.
3. Earned mentions
We monitor for unlinked brand mentions and convert them to links. Easy wins agencies usually miss.
4. Resource page placement
For pillar content, we identify resource pages where the piece naturally fits and pitch it.
